Rugby Borough Women & Girls Football Club
Welcome to Rugby Borough Women and Girls FC, the home of the famous orange shirt and the best place to come to play female football in Rugby and the borough. The female section of Rugby Borough FC is managed by a duly elected committee of all female members which creates a unique female voice for women and girls football, helping to develop and grow the game from a female perspective. Our female leadership team are committed to growing and developing each and every woman or girl who comes through our door to reach their fullest football potential.
Our pathway starts from the youngest girls playing at our FA Approved Wildcats Centre. From age 6+ moving to our development teams before playing competitively in their early teens right through to women’s football age 16+. We welcome players of all abilities from girls age 4 up to open age women 16+ and our aim at Rugby Borough Women and Girls FC is to provide opportunities for all females, young or old, to benefit from our advanced coaching sessions delivered by our minimum level 1 FA qualified coaches who are fully FA DBS checked and also FA first aid trained.
Our home is the £2.5 million football facility at Kilsby Lane Rugby CV21 4PN, one of the leading girls football facilities in the UK and an approved FA SSE Wildcats centre. Training takes place on the new 3G pitch and matches are played on our grass pitches which stretch across our 35 acre site.
Rugby Borough Girls teams currently play in the Leicester City and County Girls Football League and Rugby Borough Women play in the Birmingham County Womens League, Premier Division.

Girls Football Teams
we need your daughters for our teams!
We have a number of girls of various ages who are training with us but there isn’t yet a full team for their age group to play matches competitively.
Please get in touch if your daughter is interested in playing football in one of our teams.

The talented Mums, coaches, young leaders who had daughters playing at the club, have stepped up to help create a new structure, meaning their girls can continue playing in familiar surroundings and not be concerned by anything outside of playing the game they love.
