A new way to learn
At TURN AND FACE, our goal isn’t to create the next football star. It’s to help young people build confidence, resilience and self-belief that will stay with them for life. When children feel supported, valued and empowered, they’re ready to face any challenge that comes their way.
Not every child thrives in a traditional classroom, and that’s okay. We work alongside schools and Local Education Authorities to provide a supportive environment where young people can grow at their own pace through small group sessions, personalised support and fully inclusive activities.
Empowering children
Before children can engage with learning, they need to believe in themselves. Our sessions focus on building self-esteem, confidence and resilience by creating positive relationships with trusted adults who encourage every child to recognise what they can achieve.
Football is simply the vehicle we use to inspire change. Through fun, engaging sessions, children develop teamwork, communication, respect and problem-solving skills while learning that setbacks are opportunities to grow both on and off the pitch.
Dedicated Support
Through our partnership with Rugby Borough FC, participants experience professional training facilities, inspiring female role models, official training kit, matchday experiences and opportunities that make them feel part of something bigger. It’s about creating memories, raising aspirations and showing every child what’s possible.
