Girls football is growing rapidly and we’re proud to be a part of Rugby Borough, where we have award-winning facilities and attract new members every week.
We started Rugby Borough Women & Girls in 2018 with just 5 teams – we now have 20 teams registered for the 25/26 season!
With our ever-growing club, we always have teams looking for businesses to sponsor their kits and we promote sponsors through our various member channels every week.

Training kit sponsor
We are looking for a businesses who can sponsor training and away kits for our girls teams.
Your sponsorship would help our members get kitted out with their own training kit which will double as an away kit, and your business would gain exposure to families every week during training sessions at Kilsby Lane and away matches throughout Leicestershire, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire.

Tournament trophies
Every summer, we host a two-day girls’ football tournament that transforms our facility into the heartbeat of grassroots women’s football across the Midlands.
Over one weekend, we invite 122 teams to participate in our biggest event of the year – a celebration of girls’ football that creates an electric atmosphere across 48 hours of non-stop action. Teams travel from across the Midlands to compete for one of our 1st – 3rd place trophies and every participating player gets a medal, while also competing for player of the tournament in each age group.

MATCH FUNDING PROJECT
We’re looking to raise £7,500 in match funding to unlock £25,000 from the Football Foundation. Your sponsorship could form part of our essential contribution, helping us secure this significant funding to create safer, more inclusive facilities for our 300 female members and the thousands of girls and women who visit.
This is your opportunity to leave a lasting legacy in grassroots women’s football – improving bathrooms, accessibility, safety, and creating a more welcoming environment for female players and families with refurbished bathrooms, disabled and baby changing facilities, and CCTV coverage on site.
