Goal Power Coaching x Mindset Academy – Free taster session

Goal Power Coaching have teamed up with Tom Owens UK to offer a free taster session for the Mindset Academy.
Tom Owens is a former professional footballer and coach with experience in the UK and in America. Having started his own football coaching business in Liverpool he started the Mindset Academy, a programme specifically designed for 9-13 year olds. The Mindset Academy equips children with the mental tools they need to boost their performance, deal with adversity and disappointment as well as success.
The taster session, hosted by Goal Power Coaching, is an interactive session for children to get a feel for what the Academy programme is like. The children then make way for their parents to hear from Tom about the programme and how it may help their children to develop.
ABOUT GOAL POWER COACHING
Goal Power Coaching’s mission is to provide personalised football training for girls, to enable young female footballers to develop their footballing skills and build confidence in their abilities.
We provide a range of football coaching from 1-2-1 coaching, small group sessions and regular group sessions.
Goal Power’s football coaching is fully inclusive, so although we are on a mission to improve access to football for girls, boys are always welcome at our sessions.
Goal Power Coaching is also closely tied with Rugby Borough Women & Girls FC as the Founder and Head Coach is a former player, and the other founders all have children playing in the girls teams. Some of our Rugby Borough girls also attend the Goal Power Coaching Elite Coaching sessions, which operate from Rugby Borough FC at Kilsby Lane on Wednesday’s 5-6pm but they’re currently operating online due to lockdown.
