The Tigers are a positive, supportive environment where every player can enjoy football, build friendships and grow in confidence. Since coming together at U8 level, the team has gone from strength to strength and now plays at Platinum level in the Leicestershire Women & Girls League.
The girls are encouraged to work hard and develop their skills while always remembering that enjoyment and teamwork come before results.
Off the pitch, the Tigers value progress over perfection, showing respect to everyone and taking real pride in being part of the family. Players, coaches and parents together create a genuinely welcoming community where every girl feels valued, supported and excited to play.
