U10 Girls

Lionesses

The Rugby Borough Lionesses were formed in 2022, with most of the girls joining from the Wildcats, and took part in their first league season in 2022/23.
All the girls have really bonded over the years and always welcomed newcomers with open arms. It’s great to see their friendships blossom on and off the pitch.

The girls have really developed a great understanding of the game and their technical ability seems to grow week by week. Since they have been playing league football they have always competed in the top tier with the best teams in the Leicestershire league.

More importantly, they all enjoy being on a football pitch, and it’s great to see all the girls so happy after a great performance or training session!
