ABOUT
U12 Girls
The first Rugby Borough Under 12’s girls team formed during the 2020/21 season, and with new players joining the club there are now two U12s teams playing in the Leicestershire Women & Girls league, starting from the 22/23 season!
The team was initially formed from a small group of existing girls together with new teammates who arrived though the season and the emphasis is very much on fun and learning the basics of the game.
All of the girls are passionate about football and put everything they have into training. Matches are normally played on a Sunday in non-competitive fixtures where all the girls get lots of match time to aid their development.
We are really looking forward to seeing these teams as they continue to grow together!
