Rugby Borough Girls travelled to the Aztecs on a very cold and windy Sunday morning. All the girls performed brilliantly.

 

With the girls playing up hill and against the wind first half, Mia was very calm in goal with good distribution and steady hands.

 

Elisia was all over the pitch winning the ball back and creating chances for her team mates, Brooke G was as solid as ever buzzing around winning the ball and starting attacks, Izzie was full of energy up and down the wing, Brooke A and Maia constantly put pressure on and were full of energy, then you had Lara and Ellen AKA Vidic and Ferdinand at the back, absolutely outstanding and disciplined display from both of them!!

 

Player of the Match – Ellen – Best performance this season, ran her socks off and confidence grew with the game.

 

Captain – Izzie – Never stopped running and supported her team mates.
